YTD Paid is the sum of all paid vendor payments whose paid date (paid_at) falls in the selected calendar year. The $600 warning applies only when alerts are On and the contractor is not waived for that year. Waivers are stored with a timestamped reason and the admin who set them, and apply only to the selected tax year.
